"You may purchase this design as a Paper Print, Framed Paper Print, or as a Stretched & Mounted Canvas.
Each option is described below:
Matte Paper Print, No Frame:If you choose the "Matte Paper Print, No Frame" option, you will receive an unframed print of your chosen design. The paper we use to print on is 250 GSM museum-quality, thick, durable, matte paper (non-reflective & non-glossy). The inks we use are high-quality and UV protected, they will last a lifetime. This option is commonly chosen by those who wish to frame the design themselves.
Packaging:
"Matte Paper Print, No Frame" orders are shipped flat between ultra-tough cardboard sheets. B1 and A0 sizes are shipped carefully rolled in large tubes.
If you choose this option, your order will be professionally framed. Our frames are made from pine wood are flat-edged and arrive ready to hang.
Frame Measurements:
- A4 frames measure 22x32cm, have a 2.5cm width and a 2.5cm depth, it comes with a glass window.
- A3 frames measure 32x44cm, has a 2.5cm width and a 2.5cm depth, it comes with a glass window.
- A2 frames measure 44x61cm, has a 2cm width and a 2.5cm depth, it comes with a glass window.
- A1 frames measure 61x86cm, has a 2cm width and a 2.5cm depth, it comes with a glass window.
- B1 frames measure 72cm x 102cm, has a 2cm width and a 2.5cm depth, it comes with an acrylic window.
- A0 frames measure 86cm x 122cm, has a 2cm width and a 2.5cm depth, it comes with an acrylic window.
Optional Mat Board:
Below describes the finished product if you choose to add a Mat Board to your order:
"With Mat Board" means that there will be a high-quality, white coloured mat board inserted into the frame. The mat board gives the design a white border along the inside edge of the frame. The design will fill the window inside the mat board. There is an example photograph of what this looks like in the product image section above (the 7th product image).
If you do not choose to add a Mat Board, it means that the design will fill the frame window, edge-to-edge. There is an example photograph of what this looks like in the product image section above (the 2nd product image).
Frames are available in either "Black", "White" or "Light Oak". "Dark Oak" is not available as a "Paper Print, Framed" option.
Stretched & Mounted Canvas:If you choose the "Stretched & Mounted Canvas" option, your order will be printed on high-quality canvas material, gallery-wrapped, stretched and mounted around a wooden frame.
- We use premium-grade, 360gsm canvas material.
- Gallery-wrapped on a 3cm deep wooden frame.
- Stretched Canvas orders arrive ready to hang.
Optional Framed Canvas (Floating Frame):
There is an option to have your "Stretched & Mounted Canvas" framed. This is commonly called a "Floating Frame" style. There is an example photograph of what this looks like in the product image section above (the 6th product image, showing the Dark Oak frame around the Stretched Canvas). You can choose between a "White", "Black" or "Dark Oak" colour frame. "Light Oak" is not available as a colour option for "Stretched & Mounted Canvas".
All Framed and Canvas orders arrive ready to hang.
How long will my order take?
Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receiving payment (Monday-Friday, excluding Victorian Public Holidays) and you should expect to receive it 2 - 5 days after it is dispatched, depending on your distance from Melbourne, Australia. We send exclusively with Australia Post and provide tracking numbers for all orders.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping across Australia. This is tracked, insured and sent by Australia Post Standard Service. We ship Express (next day) for $30 flat rate. The typical processing period of 2-4 days still applies. We also ship internationally for $40 AUD flat rate to anywhere in the world.
What is your returns policy?
Once you receive your order, if you're not happy - for any reason - you can return your order for full refund. We'll send you free, pre-paid return shipping label to return your item to us for free. Once we receive it back and we're happy that the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 24 hours.
